Likes: When people land on the mini-game space in Duel Mode
Dislikes: When people try to get away from him, and for some reason he frowns when he sees the Millenium Star (probably because at the end of the game he's gonna turn back into a die again if someone gets his Stars)

Tumble is the die in Mario Party 3. Like Toad in Mario Party 1 and 2, he explains the mini-games and tells where the next Star is.
