Description: A mushroom man who helps out the good guys, especially Princess Peach.

Toad is Peach's servant and could help the Mario Bros. in SMB by telling them she was in some other castle. In SMB2, he got to fight the villains himself. In SMB3, he would alert the Mario Bros. that the Koopalings escaped and turned the king into some strange creature and could give them an item that would help them. He first appeared in Super Mario Brothers. He may be small, but he can help the Mario Bros. when they need it!

Toad Fungi Jr. was born without a mother. She had died when he was born. Toad's father needed money so he put his son on the street. Someone found him out in the rain and he was taken to an orphanage. Although he was taken good care of, the other kids shunned him. At a young age he was beaten up by a bunch of bullies. He left the orphanage in search for a job at the age of 10. He found the princess, and begged her for a job as an advisor. She obliged, and took the little guy in. A couple years later he participated in a race called "The Double Dash", hosted by the Mushroom Kingdom.

He met there a cute little Toad girl named Toadette Brown. She was from the city, and they fell in love. They partnered up in the race, and took 3rd place. Toad and Toadette sported the trophie with happiness. Then Toad met someone who he would never expect to meet, his grandfather Toadsworth Fungi. It turned out that he worked for the princess too. The adventure continues...

Toad was born to Toadsworth and Toadma Toad shortly before the arrival of the adult Mario Brothers. He was the youngest of all his brothers. Shortly after his birth, Toadma died of an unknown sickness. At age 10 he became Mushroom Retainer (advisor/helper) because his brothers had rejected the job. Toadsworth became Mushroom Steward (advisor and replacment in case of death).

Mushroom Retainer life was good. He was treated kindly and got a good pay. He was included in few adventures like the one in Sub-con, but went on his own in Wario's Woods. He participated in many Mushroom events such as the Baseball Tournament alongside his brothers. Toad, though not participating in adventures, helped out a lot.

At age 14 (the time of the Double Racing tournament) he met Toadette Mush, who was from the city. They liked each other a lot and are planning to marry when they come of age. Toad now lives a happy life, doing lots of fun stuff like playing soccer, baseball, and being with Toadette.

Toad: He's kind of short, has a Mushroom hat (You'll realize it's a hat if you've watched the SMBSS "The Bird! The Bird"), a vest, and is a Mushroomer. You know who he is? TOAD! Peach's #1 servant, he accompanies her on most of her adventures, and has been neglected by Nintendo for quite a few years. Toad fans are hoping that he will get a starring role in an upcoming game we haven't heard about yet.
