Taking into consideration that Bowser was a kid in Yoshi's Island, which I judge to take place around 1951 (making Mario 30 in Donkey Kong), that would mean Bowser was born sometime around the late 1940s to early 1950s, Yoshi sometime in the 1940s (Yoshis being long-living and slow aging after adulthood), and the Mario Bros. both in 1951. Tying in the fact that the Baby Mario Bros. were about 3 or 4 in Mario & Luigi: Partners in Time (which would make the year 1954 or 1955), that would mean Princess Toadstool was born sometime in the early 1950s, and is maybe about 2 or 3 in M+L: PiT. (The explanation for keeping her 20-year-old look at age 50 could be surgery or a special type of Mushroom that stops aging that she might have eaten at 20.)
Also judging by this, that would put Toadsworth's birth around the 1920s, estimating that he was maybe 30 in M+L PiT). I'm unclear as to the birthdate of Birdo, but I estimate that she was born sometime between 1950 and 1970.
If you are confused, then here are the years of birth in simpler form:
Toadsworth- 1920s
Yoshi- 1940s
Bowser- late 1940s to early 1950s
Mario- 1951
Luigi- 1951
Princess Toadstool- 1952
Birdo- Between 1950 and 1970, I think maybe 1952
Ludwig Von Koopa- 1968
Lemmy Koopa-1969
Roy Koopa- 1970
Iggy Koopa- 1971
Wendy O. Koopa- 1972
Morton Koopa Jr- 1973
Larry Koopa- 1974
