Serenity: Good afternoon, and welcome to my Interview! I’m the new princess in the Mushroom Kingdom and I’ll be interviewing my bffl, Princess Peach!

(Princess Peach waves to the audience.)

Princess Peach: Hi!

Serenity: First we’ll start the simple questions. How old are you?

Princess Peach: 17.

Serenity: Do you have any siblings?

Princess Peach: You should already know that. I have one sister, Princess Daisy.

Serenity: What’s your favorite food?

Princess Peach: Spaghetti.

Serenity: What’s your favorite color?

Princess Peach: Why are you asking me these simple questions that you should know?

Serenity: Because it’s for the little people who don’t know you that well.

Princess Peach: Let’s start asking other questions now.

Serenity: Okay, okay. Would you say Mario is your boyfriend?

Princess Peach: Don’t ask me that on NATIONAL TV!

Serenity: Oh, come on, he’s saved you from King Koopa thousands of times.

Princess Peach: Will you stop it?!

Serenity: Yes or no? I did ask you that question.

Princess Peach: Yes, I would consider Mario to be my boyfriend.

(Peach blushes.)

Serenity: Do I hear wedding bells in the future?

Princess Peach: That’s enough!

Serenity: I’m just teasing you.

Princess Peach: Next question, PLEASE!

Serenity: Do you have a best friend?

Princess Peach: That’s a better question. Yes, you are my bffl.

Serenity: Your friends say you never seem to get down about anything.

Princess Peach: I am usually upbeat and optimistic. The only thing that gets me down is when King Koopa kidnaps me.

Serenity: If Daisy is your sister why does she have her own kingdom?

Princess Peach: Because we were fighting a lot and our father created another kingdom for her.

Serenity: Final question. Why do you keep changing your gown?

Princess Peach: Because I was tired of wearing the same one continuously in every game.

(Serenity looks at her nails.)

Serenity: Well, would you look at that.

Princess Peach: What?

Serenity: I just broke a nail coming out of the gym, and I didn’t notice that ‘til now. I gotta get a manicure ASAP! That’s the end of my Interview show! See you all again soon!
