It is a lovely morning in the Mushroom Kingdom. Mario is peacefully enjoying a nice cup of tea when Luigi comes bursting through the door, causing Mario to spill his tea all over his legs.

Luigi: MARIO!!!

Mario: Gah! What is so important that you must bother me this fine morning? And why must I care?!

Luigi: Um... The princess has-a been kidnapped!

Mario: So, let me get this straight: You knock down our front door and make me spill my tea for such a stereotypical occurrence as such?

Luigi: Err, yes.

Mario: Well then, let's get going! ... Right after I put on some new overalls.

Mario leaves and returns with clean overalls in a brief moment. He and Luigi then run outside and begin going through the plains of World 1-1.

Mario: Ah, World 1-1. Good times.

Luigi: Yup... Hey, Mario! That's-a where I stomped my first Goomba!

Mario: How can you tell?

Luigi: My-a bootprints.

He points to the ground, where 2 faded bootprints are visible.

Mario: Oh. Hey, look, there's a Goomba now!

Goomba: Oh, snap!

Luigi: Let's see who can stomp on it first!

Mario: You're on, Mr. PutsFluffersInTheMicrowave.

Luigi: You-a swore you would never mention that-a again!
