There are many people in the world of Plit, and many ways to annoy them. You can give the mail Mushroomer a wedgie, or you can give your enemy a surprise water balloon attack. But I warn you, never, EVER annoy the Princess of the Mushroom Kingdom.

Many people knew from the start never to annoy Peach, and have kept on their toes. But there was once a person dumb enough to do it anyway. Not on purpose, but by natural instinct (which is why it's SUPER HARD to not annoy Peach). Let's tune into his story.

In the grassy fields of the Mushroom Kingdom, Luigi runs across the hills to find his brother.

Luigi: Mario! Where are you? This is important!

A half-mile away, Mario is hiding under a shady bed of grass, sleeping.

Mario (in his sleep): Where is the cheese for the little hills' party?

Errrr... Let's just go back to Luigi's search.

Luigi: Why does he pretend we're playing Hide-and-Seek at this time of the year? The princess will flip if I don't get him ready for her birthday party by tomorrow!

After a full hour of searching, Luigi gives up and goes back to his house, only to find Mario there.

Luigi: Bro, where were you?! I had to search everywhere for you!

Mario: I needed to get-a home to get ready for a party!

Luigi: Peach's birthday party? I thought you forgot about that every year!

Mario looks at his brother in astonishment.

Mario: Peach who?

Luigi: -_- Never mind. We have to get you ready for her party.

Mario: And you are…?

Luigi: @_@

After a full 5 hours, Mario... is in a wrapped gift box?

Luigi: The princess won't be mad if she at least has you as a gift.

Mario: (muffled) I found a penny!

At Peach's castle, the party is just starting. There are Mushroomers rapidly going to and from the kitchen for party favors, a giant ice cream cake, and a whole line of people giving the princess gifts. After what seems to be 345 people, it is finally Luigi's turn to "present" his gift. (Ha ha- present, get it?)

Peach: Hello Luigi! How come Mario's not here?

Luigi: He couldn't make it, but I think this present might leave you with a surprise.

Peach unwraps the box quickly, then frowns.

Peach: Um, all that's here is a note. An IOU, probably.

Luigi: An IOU?! Let me see that!

Luigi read the note, surprised himself.

Luigi: "IOU one human gift. PS. Left because of another party, DAISY'S BIRHTDAY PARTY!"

The princess' eyes are full of flames.

Luigi: Um... A little minor setback? ^_^

Peach: I think this is why they call it "broken wishes"...

An hour later, Luigi comes home, scratched and bruised.

Luigi: Well, at least Mario had fun.

Mario slams open the door, ramming Luigi into the wall behind.

Mario: That was-a the worst birthday party ever!

Luigi: @_@
