One day, the male Koopalings were arguing about who should get to play a game on their brand new star-screen TV that could play portable games. However, all of the Koopalings had a different game that they wanted to play on it.

Ludwig: I suggest we play Super Mario Bros. 3!

Lemmy: Nah, how about Yoshi's Island?

Larry: Those games are old! Try something fresh, like Superstar Saga!

Roy: All of those who don't want a beating will play Super Smash Bros!

Morton: I will not accept that ridiculous game where we will certainly get injured! I suggest playing the Mic games from Mario Party 6!

Iggy: Not on your life! We should do New Super Mario Bros!

One of the Koopalings lost his temper and attacked the Koopaling a little younger than him. The victim's best friend defeated the one with the oldest game. However, he was taken out by the same person that had attacked his friend. He attacked the youngest one remaining, but left himself exhausted and was at the mercy of the last one remaining, who had the game where Toadette appears.

Suddenly, a Chain Chomp barged into the room and swapped everyone's games around. The first Koopaling KO'd got an RPG. The second KO'd got the newest game of all of them. The third KO'd got a game with many people from Nintendo, and the last was given a game where Boo was playable. The one who had KO'd the most got the game with the most power-ups. The last one remaining took whatever was left.

Afterwards, all of the Koopalings awoke and the battle raged on! The one who had a glove as the main enemy defeated the one who had the Koopalings' debut game. Then, the Koopa with two optional worlds squished the one whose final boss was Baby Bowser and Kamek. Finally, the person who had the game where Bowser was possessed defeated the person where the sun and moon were the guides.

The final three Koopalings stared each other down. The one whose first boss was Bowser was defeated by the person who had Yoshi as a playable character and who wasn't KO'd. The final two, seeing that neither of them had the game they wanted, decided to call a truce and played with Mario and Luigi at the same time, with the older one Mario and the younger one Luigi, battling against a witch.
