One day, all the Koopalings decided to go and check on their lands. However, an unknown suspect switched the signs that said where each pipe went. All the Koopa Kids went to the pipes that had their land’s name on it. However, when they went through a pipe, an unusual thing happened.

Bob-omb: Pipe Toll! 50 gold coins.

Koopa Kid: Huh? Well, I guess…

Then they all went through the pipe. One Koopaling was freezing in the place opposite of their real land. Another Koopaling found herself swimming in Munchers instead of water. One Koopaling went to Grass Land, where a huge meeting was being held, but couldn’t hear anything the Koopatrol were saying.

One Koopaling was happy about the giant size at this land, for he was normally the smallest Koopa. Then a Cheep Cheep ate some glasses that belonged to another Koopa Kid. The Koopaling went on, falling into puddles. Another Koopaling, disappointed about being late for something special, was stuck sitting next to a Pokey. The remaining Koopa somehow got stuck with their usual land, but was invaded by Bob-ombs!

Everyone met back at the pipe area and chattered about what happened. Then, a Koopa came up and said, “I know who switched them! And it wasn't a Koopa!”
