It was a stormy day in Dark Land. All of the Koopa Kids were inside having dinner. After that everybody scattered throughout the castle. Wendy and Lemmy were swimming. Ludwig was working on his invention. Bowser was taking a nap. Larry and Roy were counting money. Iggy was playing cards with Morton.

Suddenly lightning flashed and the power went out. Everybody screamed. Finally, after working their way through the dark, everybody was in the lobby. At least, they thought everybody was there. Suddenly, there was a gunshot. After that, Bowser found a dead Koopa Troopa. Then there was another gunshot. When the power finally came back on, everybody went to the place where the second gunshot was heard. There they found a piece of red-and-white dotted skin and a bunch of blue hair.
