Devin is a Toad who loves to annoy. Most of the time, he’s annoying Angelette and her friends. He likes causing problems. He also likes anything that hurts people physically. He’s pyrokinetic and can make and control fire. He loves explosions and blowing stuff up. He sometimes acts like he’s not bad or violent, but Angelette and her friends never fall for it. Although Angelette doesn’t consider him a friend, she sometimes tells him to do stuff for her, normally Interviews (only if Angelette and her friends refuse to interview the person). He lives in Toad Town but it’s boring there to him. So he frequently visits Blue Sky Meadows just to cause trouble.
