Biography: The Spooky Speedster is a Boo known around the galaxies for his speed and love of racing. Any time he sees someone passing by, he usually offers to race them for a Power Star. But nobody was quick enough to beat him, that is, until Mario came along. The Spooky Speedster challenged him to a race. He thought he had an advantage, as he could float through the Pull Star field, but Mario used the Pull Stars and a Sling Star along the way to make it to the finish before the Speedster. True to his word, he rewarded Mario with a Power Star for being the first to beat him in the race.

After his defeat, his reputation started to die down. He eventually decided to get a clean start on his reputation and moved to the Boo's Boneyard Galaxy. There, he found a cave filled with fans and crystal walls. He hung around this place often, training his racing techniques. Mario came along again, however, and this time encountered the Spooky Speedster as Boo Mario, Despite his form, the Speedster still recognized him. Being a good sport, he wasn't too angry at Mario for delivering a blow to his reputation. He offered a rematch to Mario for another Power Star, and off they went! Mario managed to win yet again by getting speed boosts from fans and turning invisible to go through the crystal walls. The Speedster handed over the Power Star he promised, and Mario left to continue his quest. After the race, Spooky Speedster lurked the undiscovered parts of the Boo's Boneyard Galaxy. Challenging and beating other Boos in races, he quickly regained his reputation. But he didn't just stay in that galaxy, he explored other parts of the universe and faced new challengers. While he travels a lot, his main home is the cave in the Boo's Boneyard Galaxy, which also doubles as his training grounds. His reputation is healed by now, but he hopes to find and beat Mario one day.

Fun Facts:
- Before he became a professional racer, the Speedster was planning on becoming a member of King Boo's army. But when he discovered his speed skills, he decided otherwise.
