Dry Bones is a dead Koopa brought to life by Bowser. Being brainwashed of his real family, he only does the bidding of Bowser. NEVER MAKE DRY BONES MAD!!! CONSEQUENCES WILL BE CRUCIAL!!! When Dry Bones is mad he will try to kill the person who angered him. If this does not succeed results are unpredictable. Never make him mad or you will d- Aaaaahhhhh!!!

As you may notice, Dry Bones harbors a particular hatred towards Princess Peach. This is because while Go-Kart racing, his favorite pastime, he got lost in the desert. When he saw a band of Mushroomers he
thought he was saved, yet among them was none other than Princess Peach. Her hatred of Koopas led her to order her present company to leave him to die. Any violation would result in death. To this, in utter fear for their lives, they all yelled "OKAY!" That had a negative effect on Toad's mental health, but that's another bio.

Since coming back to life thanks to the efforts of Kamek to create a physical link to Minus World, he has wandered around Plit aimlessly, not remembering who he was. But eventually he wandered into his abandoned workshop where he'd built his custom Go-Karts. In a flash he remembered who he was. Overcome by his hatred of Princess Peach, but realizing that a lone Dry Bones couldn't do anything, he pondered what to do.

Then he got wind of a Go-Kart tourtament. He took his prised Kart, the Shell Shocker, and made heavy modifications, thus turning it into the Banisher. He also read that Peach would be in it. He turned his focus towards making the race as deadly as possible for her. Unfortanately for his plans Lakitu was always there to make sure no one got injured. Dry Bones had a good time though, and got second place, losing only to Luigi. He realized that he'd need money so he searched for a good job, so Lemmy offered him one on Haunted Interviews, where he works to this day.

Dry Bones is the normal variety of Dry Bones, a Koopa corpse brought back to life by Magikoopas, although still technically dead. Since they are already dead but can still fight, being broken down is not a problem; they simply regenerate. They are often found in dungeons, guarding them. On rare occasions, a dead Koopa will become a Dry Bones without Magikoopa help. Like Dark Bones, they are used as guards.
