Triclyde came to Sub-con from a region as yet discovered by Koopas and Mushrooms alike. He was appointed a colonel in Wart's army. To his dismay Mouser (a complete Idiot.) outranked him. Triclyde is by far the smartest thing in Sub-con, After all, he has three heads. The right head (or head three) controls his right brain, the left head (or head two), controls the left brain, and the middle head (head two) controls all things in between. His heads always argue over things and whose fault something is.

Triclyde is a three-headed snake or lizard or dragon or whatever he is. He hates it when Wart tells him what to do but he does it anyway. He speeks in three different voices since he has three heads. Like Mouser, he won't stop until he defeats you. Even though he hates Wart, Wart thinks of him as his favorite minion.

Triclyde was no three-headed-snake in the past. There were three snake brothers. At that time they weren't fused together. People at school thought they were small so they bullied them and tried squishing them. One day they ran away so they could end the misery.

But then something changed their lives forever. Kamek said he could make them bigger if they worked for him. They agreed so he cast a spell on them that fused them and gave them the ultimate fire ability. Triclyde was born, and he shot a fireball at Kamek, who flew into a pool of electric eels. Wart was impressed so he decided to make Triclyde part of his clan. Wart showed his power of blowing bubbles that kill things and Triclyde said forget it. But then Wart spit water at him, and Triclyde then agreed. Since the three-headed monster destroyed cities, he became Wart's favorite minion.

Triclyde is a three-headed Cobrat. Triclyde s a dimwitted snake with three minds. Wart wanted him to conquer the desert areas. Triclyde appeared in world 2-3. Even if he threw many fireballs, he still lost after getting hit three times with Mushroom Blocks. Triclyde appearsed again in world 6-3. He lost again.

Unlike Cobrats, Triclyde shoots fireballs instead of bullets. Triclyde was not created by the Dream Machine. Wart recruited him because of his cunning mind and evil tendencies.

Fun Fact: Triclyde in SMB 2 was red with black stripes. In All-Stars he was green with orange stripes, and in Advance he was a lighter green.
