Kent C. Koopa was always enormous, due to the fact that he is a third cousin to Hookbill, twice removed. Kent was picked on for this, and loved gym and recess where he could mess with those who bothered him. Kent C. isn't exactly evil; he's more like a Koopa version of Wario. A giant Koopa version.

Kent C. Koopa was born in Koopa Village. He was a large child and beat up everybody. He also trained four other troublesome Koopas, the Koopa Bros. They learned their spin move from him. After a few years he taught them everything he knew about combat so they went and joined the Koopa Clan. After that he beat up everyone daily again until he built a tollbooth. Later on Kolarado needed to pass but Kent C just beat him up when he refused to pay. Mario then came and also refused to pay, so he fought Mario and had his tail whipped so bad that he closed the tollbooth and retreated. Today he lives in Glitzville fighting in the Glitz Pit because he’s so strong. In fact he now even holds third place behind Gonzales Jr. and Rawk Hawk.
