Copy-Copy: Bad name, I know, but Matt can copy anyone's move, including those that he shouldn't even be able to do
Random Weapon: Matt pulls out a random weapon with random ammo in it. He doesn't need to say the name of this attack to hurt you
Fire From: Wields the power of fire to exterminate his foes; useless against water-type enemies
Final End: A powerful beam that rivals powerful moves from other worlds, he has to use it once every five Interviews or he implodes... somehow...
Chaos Blast: If P.T. Piranha can have Bobobo attacks, why can't Matt have Sonic attacks? He destroys everything in a 15-yard radius
Chaos Control: Freezes time and space for 15-30 seconds; usually used to beat up anyone near him or to escape
Chaos Spear: Throws a spear made of Chaos energy at the enemy
JAVELIN THROW: Throws a Javelin at an enemy and causes an Instant Kill

History: Matt was born on the border of Dark Land and the Mushroom Kingdom, thus allowing him to have no loyalty to any side whatsoever. After absorbing the powers of Chaos somehow even though Chaos is in Sonic, he was sent to Earth because of his new destructive capabilities. After a while Matt began exploring the sewers, and he experimented with his powers down there. One of these experiments turned him into a Heartless for ten minutes, and thus created Vad. After a bit, Matt found Vad and went down a warp pipe he found. Vad was forced to follow, for his power wanes when away from his true self or whatever. Matt quickly got a job interviewing people at Lemmy's Land, though no one remembers him.
