General Guy was a regular Shy Guy until Kammy built a magic toy box with her magic powers. Bowser was looking for a leader, so he made a big fight tournament between Shy Guys. General Guy won; but it was really tight when he was in the finals with Anti Guy. But when Anti-Guy was about to win, some Pyro Guy tripped and fell on him and he lost. So he got the second prize, the ''honor'' to keep the box that contains the Power Plus Badge. General Guy was given a white suit, cap, and a big tank.
