Grodus, who asked him to be his assistant in conquering the world, found Lord Crump in a bar. Lord Crump always wanted to conquer the world, so he agreed. After their defeat at the hands of Mario he was leader until Grodus got a new body. The Lord Crump in Rise of the Shy Guys was really Wario in disguise to dupe Mario, who did not fall for it. Lord Crump was with zz166 and his crew the whole time. He will do anything for lobster.
