Grodus was really angry about his life and wanted to takeover the world! He then met Lord Crump and they both wanted to takeover the world. They had to fight to see who would be the captain, and Grodus won. They got their minions and heard about the Stars and wanted to get them all. Grodus told Lord Crump to get Goombella, then heard that Crump lost. Then he got some Stars. Grodus has hated Mario ever since the day his plans were ruined. Grodus later started playing pool with Lord Crump for fun.
