Jelectros were created by Dr. Mario when he combined a Blooper with a Thunder Rage. The Jelectros then escaped from his lab, and went to the eastern seas. There, they populated the seas, and caused much trouble for swimmers and fishers. They used a poison to try to kill the Jelectros, but killed them too fast, making the Jelectros endangered, and it became illegal to use the poison.
