No one, not even DS Guy, knows much about his distant past. He was a renowned world traveler until he arrived in Toad Town. General Guy immediately hired him for the Shy Guy army as a lookout. He also gave DS Guy a nice house of his own. He was welcomed by Electro Guy. After that, they became the best of friends. Then Shy Gal came to see him and started to have a crush on him, but he is oblivious to that. One day, Gourmet Guy wandered into his house and told him of his banishment from the Shy Guy’s Toybox for letting Mario get to the lever that fixes the train, all because of a piece of cake. Feeling sorry, DS Guy let Gourmet Guy stay as long as he didn’t eat too much. Later on, he met another Shy Guy known as Lie Guy, who’s not called that for nothing. His lies drive DS Guy crazy. To this day, DS Guy is still searching for clues about his forgotten past.
