Jeff Goomba was born in the western side of the Koopa Kingdom and joined the Koopa Troop at the age of 17. He was one of Bowser’s favorite Goombas and he even got his own room in the castle! Three years later Bowser planned his first attack, and he knew that if he went alone to kidnap the princess, King Toadstool, Toads, or maybe some other heroes might attack him. So Bowser went to kidnap the princess with his Koopa Troop.

Bowser successfully kidnapped the princess and brought her to the castle with the help of the Koopa Troop. However when he heard that Mario and Luigi were coming to rescue the princess, Bowser sent the Koopa Troop to try to give the Brothers a Game Over. Jeff Goomba was the first guard the Mario Brothers met.

When the Mario Brothers met Jeff, Jeff only had a few minutes more of living. Jeff Goomba walked up to the Brothers and tried to bite them, however the Mario Brothers jumped on him and gave him a Game Over instead. Jeff Goomba now lives in the Underwhere telling everyone the story of his life.
