When Shadow took over Bowser's body, Bowser became a super powerful monster! Bowser's been taken over time and time again but he's never been this powerful as a vessel.

Fortunetella's origins are unknown. The fact that people see an illusion of their arch-enemy when they're near here just makes her more mysterious. Some people believe she's a ghost. One day a team of ghost hunters went to investigate Fortunetella. They saw the scariest ghost they ever caught and ran away screaming. Fortunetella laughed while saying, "The fools. Serves them right for capturing my brothers and sisters," as they ran away. This causes some people to believe that she IS a ghost and so is her entire family. Some people think that her family's died and she’s the last one left, leaving the rest of her family as ghosts.

General Koop is the commander of the Koopa Army. He is a coward in reality but with a little extra strength he figures he's stronger then anyone. He used Ludwig's strength potion to become stronger and then he tried to pummel Mario. He failed however and was eaten by a Cheep Cheep.
