Koopar is a young, energetic Koopa Troopa who used to be a Koopa Bro. He was known as Blue then, but he got tired of listening to Bowser and being bugged by the Koopalings. So he fought Bowser and beat him. After escaping into Donut Plains, he met Mario and Luigi, who thought he was still evil until they realized he beat Bowser. Now an ex-villain and Half-Mario Bro., he fights crime and has fun. Bowser is still on his tail, though...
