Grodus: Hello. Beldam, I need you to do a job. There are three deranged Snifits who want to awaken a dark one. They are heading to Boggly Woods. Bring them along. I heard they were tough. Okay. Good. Those Snifits can’t win.
With Booster and Valentina…
We see Booster in TEC’s room.
TEC: ? Who are you?
Booster goes to TEC and presses random numbers.
TEC: ! Sending! Sending complete.
X-Naut: ! How did you get in here?! Well, you’re going back.
Valentina: Like a single X-Naut is going to stop us.

Spiketail: I really appreciate you guys taking me along, even if you killed my mother. Maybe something good will come out of it.

Knife Guy opens it and sees an Email from Booster.
Grate Guy: I can’t read this, it just has random letters.

They go to the warp pipe. They continue down the path and eventually reach the room with the giant warp pipe. They stand on the pedestal and see the Great Boggly Tree.

They walk around and hear footsteps.

Spiketail: What’s going on?

The Snifits jump into the sewer water. The partners jump in too. The Snifits get out of the water and use Bolt on the water. The partners get electrocuted. Koops uses Shell Protect on Goombella. Bobbery uses Bomb. BOOOOOOOOOOM!!! Snifit 1 gets hit. Snifit 2 uses bolt. Bobbery gets hurt. Gombella uses Headbonk. Snifit 2 gets hit. Koops uses Shell Slam. All the Snifits hit the wall. Bobbery sends out mine bombs. The Snifits shoot out bullets. Gombella is protected by the shell. Koops uses Shell Slam but the Snifits dodge it and jump on Koops. The bombs explode near The tnifits and Koops. The Snifits get an idea and stack up.

The Snifits transform into Mega Snifit. Mega Snifit shoots a Banzai Bill. BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM!!! Koops hits the wall and the shell protect gets destroyed. Bobbery hits the wall as well. Gombella uses Multibonk. Koops uses Shell Slam. Bobbery uses Explosion. Mega Snifit turns into back the Snifits. The partners surround them.
Spiketail: STOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOP!!!
Spiketail uses fireballs on all three. Spiketail gets the Snifits away and prepares to battle. He flies high into the air. Bobbery shoots bombs but misses. Spiketail breathes out fire on the ceiling. The ceiling breaks and falls. Spiketail uses Flame Wall. All of them get hit and Koops faints. Bobbery hits Spiketail. Spiketail falls. Goombella uses Headbonk. Spiketail quickly uses Spike Tail. He hits Goombella with his tail. Goombella hit’s the wall. Bobbery uses bomb. Spiketail makes a shockwave. Bobbery hits the wall. Goombella hits Spiketail. Spiketail uses Flame Wall and it only hits Goombella. She faints. Bobbery comes out of nowhere and explodes on Spiketail. Spiketail falls down. Snifit 1 quickly rushes in and shoots a Bullet Bill. Bobbery dodges it and explodes on Snifit 1. He faints. Snifit 2 kicks Bobbery but gets hurt when he does that, and faints. Snifit 3 sees his last chance to protect Spiketail and uses Suicidal Attack. Snifit 3 takes a Bob-omb out and attacks Bobbery. Snifit 3 and Bobbery faint.
Battle Over. The Snifits win 30 Star Points.
The Snifits continue down the path and see some small creature in a barred room. Spiketail sets the bars on fire and the Snifits blow them up. The Snifits continue and see Punio.
Punio: DON’T EAT ME!!!

Grate Guy: What are you doing here?
Punio: Some fat guy invaded our tree! Help us!
Snifit 2: I don’t know…

They continue down the path and enter a warp pipe.
Chapter 2: The HUUUUUUUUUUUGE Tree
The Snifits come out of the warp pipe and see a black and white forest.
Snifit 1: ! Did we travel in time?!
Punio: No, this is Boggly Woods. We need to continue to the Great Boggly Ttree.
Grate Guy: Let’s go.
They continue and see the Shadow Sirens.
Beldam: So where are those Snifits?
Vivian: Why are we doing this again?
Marilyn: Guh.
Beldam: We are here to find some demented Snifits who want to awaken the Shadow King.
Vivian: ! Shadow King?
Marilyn: Guh.
Beldam: Hmm. Those Snifits look like any Snifit. We heard they are stupid and have two Jesters and a fat bird.
Snifit 2: We need to be out of sight.
Grate Guy: I’ll teleport me and Knife Guy away.
Spiketail: I’ll fly out of here.
Snifit 1: Dodo, can we ride on your back?
Dodo: Sure.
The Snifits get on Dodo. Dodo flies but he gets hungry and so he stops and falls on Beldam.

Marilyn can’t see. Vivian uses Fiery Jynx. The Snifits get burned. The Snifits get out a Tasty Tonic and their burns are heal. Beldam uses Ice Punch. Snifit 1 gets frozen. Snifit 2 starts to glow. The Golden Plunger comes out and gets huge. It stomps the ground, making earthquakes. All the Shadow Sirens get hit. Marylin uses Storm. Snifit 2 gets hit. Snifit 3 uses Bolt. Vivian uses Infatuate. Snifit 2 and 3 become dizzy. Snifit 1 breaks out and shoots a Bullet Bill. Beldam uses Ice Punch but Snifit 1 dodges and Beldam hits Snifit 2. Snifit 2 faints. Snifit 1 shoots Beldam. Beldam faints.

Snifit 2 shoots Vivian. Vivian uses Infatuate but it fails. Snifit 1 uses Bolt. Vivian faints. Marilyn uses Electric Punch. Snifit 1 dodges and uses Bolt. Marilyn uses Thunder Punch. Snifit 1 is hit. Marilyn uses Thunder Punch. Snifit 1 roll dodges and shoots a Bullet Bill. Marilyn faints.

Beldam: Not bad. We just underestimated you. We will return! Let’s leave!
The Shadow Sirens leave. The Snifits continue on and see a warp pipe. They go in and see The Great Boggly Tree.
Snifit 2: How do we get in?

Snifit 3 throws a Bulky Bomb and the door gets destroyed. They continue and see some X-Nauts.

The Snifits proceed and see some Punis in cages.
Punio: Hmm. We’re could that key be?
Grate Guy: How about there.
They continue and see a storage room.

Knife Guy: Who said that?
Ms. Mowz appears.
Ms. Mowz: You’re those jerks who tried to shoot me! It’s payback time!

Spiketail goes back down and makes a martial arts pose and waves his arms. He punches but Ms. Mowz dodges. His fist hits the wall and his hand swells.
Snifit 1: I wonder if that hurt?
Ms. Mowz starts slapping Spiketail. Spiketail uses Dragon Claw. Ms. Mowz is hit. Ms. Mowz uses Kiss Thief. She steals Spiketail’s gold coin. Spiketail uses his tail. WHAM! Ms. Mowz hits the wall. Spiketail rams toward her but she moves and Spiketail hits the wall. Ms. Mowz uses Tease. Spiketail becomes dizzy. Spiketail keeps getting slapped. Spiketail uses Outrage. Ms. Mowz hits the wall again. Spiketail uses Outrage.
Dodo: Why is he heading toward u-

Spiketail hits his own masters. Ms. Mowz keeps slapping him. Spiketail has had it and uses Fire Punch. Ms. Mowz is hit. Spiketail uses Outrage. WHAM! Ms. Mowz hits the wall and faints.
Battle Over. The Snifits win 15 Star Points.
A key falls from Ms. Mowz.
Grate Guy: ! Well I’ll be.
Snifit 2: Is that the key to the Golden Plunger?
Knife Guy: No. This key will open the Punis’ cages.
The Snifits go back and open the Puni Elder’s cage.
Puni Elder: Thanks, now help the others. Do this …………. Also …………………. Then …………….. You’d better………………
3 hours later…
Puni Elder: I mean the only……………………… You……….. And-
Snifit 1: THAT’S IT!
Snifit 1 squishes Puni Elder, killing her.
Punis: !
Grate Guy: Oh dear.
Punis: HOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOORAY!!!
Knife Guy: Wait, what?
Puni: Thank You!
Punio: Yes, now no more nagging!
Puni: How can we thank you?
Snifit 1: We’d like the Golden Plunger.
Puni: Then follow us.
Knife Guy: You’re still in that cage. I can get you guys out.
Knife Guy pulls out a huge sword and cuts the door open. The Punis lead the Snifits around the place.
X-Naut: ! What the? How did the first X-Naut not notice you?
Dodo: We bribed him.
X-Naut: D’oh! Well I’d better tell Lord Crump.
Spiketail: Oh no you don’t!
Spiketail defeats the X-Naut and the Snifits continue. They go down and see they’re lost.
Punio: Oh, right. Mario still has that stone so you can’t use us.
Snifit 3: We’ll cheat.
They take out a drill and drill all the way down until it breaks.
Grate Guy: Hmm. I can sense the magic of the Golden Plunger. ! It’s right behind that wooden wall.
Knife Guy: Leave this to me.
Knife Guy cuts the wall and they see the Golden Plunger.
Snifit 1: SWEET!
????: Thanks, suckers!
Lord Crump grabs it.
Lord Crump: Now it’s time for you to die.
Lord Crump takes out a remote.
Lord Crump: You see this> When I push this. this tree will fill with nuclear waste, and all of you will die while I will escape.
The Snifits chase after him. Lord Crump presses the button on his remote. The place starts to fill up. Lord Crump keeps running but trips on a root and lets go of the Golden Plunger. The Golden Plunger falls into the nuclear waste.
Lord Crump: CRUD!
Lord Crump’s cell phone rings.
Lord Crump: Hello?
Grodus: Do you have the Golden Plunger?
Lord Crump: Um, you see, it fell into the nuclear waste.
Grodus: ! YOU IDIOT! I’M TIRED OF YOUR INCOMPETENCE! YOU’RE FIREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEED!!!
Lord Crump: ! Wha-What did you say?
Grodus hangs up.
Snifit 1: OUCH!
The tree starts to shake. A white light approaches and the Snifits notice that they are outside. When they look they see the Bobgly Tree has eyes and a mouth. The branches become its arms, the roots its feet.
Lord Crump: I’m helping!
Snifit 2: Why?
Lord Crump: I will help you now that Grodus fired me. It’s time I make Grodus pay for what he did to me! NOW let’s take on this mutant tree!

Snifit 1 shoots the Tree but it has no effect. The Tree vine whips Snifit 1. Snifit 2 uses Bolt but there is no effect. The Tree makes an earthquake. Snifit 3 uses Gunk Shot. The Tree opens its mouth and reveals the Golden Plunger. Fire comes out of the Tree. Snifit 3 dodges the attack. The Tree opens its mouth and Snifit 1 throws a water bomb. Snifit 2 shoots the mouth. The Tree gets hurt. The Tree uses Solarbeam. Snifit 3 gets hit. The Tree spits out nuclear waste. Snifit 2 gets hurt and poisoned. Snifit 1 shoots the mouth. The Tree uses Wood Hammer. Snifit 1 gets hurt. The Tree’s mouth is on fire. Snifit 2 gets back up but another vine whips him. Snifit 2 gets defeated. Snifit 3 runs toward the tree. A seed gets on Snifit 3. His energy is drained and Snifit 3 faints. Snifit 1 uses Electro Shock. It hits the mouth and the Tree gets hurt. The Tree whips Snifit 1. Snifit 1 gets back up but falls down. Spiketail and Crump appear.

Lord Crump calls his Magnus Von Grapple. Spiketail uses Sonic Boom. It pierces the Tree through the fire. The Tree makes vines wrap around Spiketail. Magnus Von Grapple uses hydro pump. The fire burns out. The Tree uses Frenzy Plant. It hits both Spiketail and Magnus Von Grapple. Magnus Von Grapple shoots its arm and hits the Tree’s mouth. Spiketail can’t move. The Boggly Tree uses Razor Leaf. Magnus Von Grapple explodes. Spiketail faints from the explosion. Lord Crump gets back up and jumps into the mouth. Fire emerges. Crump pours out a potion and the Tree screams. Lord Crump comes out all hurt. The Tree sees its chance and uses Fire Blast. Little fire comes out. Lord Crump takes out a potion. Lord Crump +10 HP.

Lord Crump takes a gun and fires a missile. The Tree tries to close its mouth but can’t because of Crump’s potion. The tree gets mad and uses Seed Bomb. Crump gets hurt by the explosion. The Tree now uses Wood Hammer. Lord Crump gets smashed into the ground. Crump slowly gets back up. The tree uses Leech Seed. Crump avoids it and fires a potion. The potion hurts the tree. The Tree uses Sludge Bomb. Crump gets hit and faints. Grate Guy, Knife Guy, and Dodo appear. Grate Guy tosses his ball but the fire emerges. Knife Guy throws his sword but a vine hits it away. Grate Guy uses Echo Finder. The fire gets put out. Dodo bodyslams the mouth. The Tree pins them down and uses Leaf Storm. They all get hit.

Grate Guy uses Meteor Blast. The Tree groans in pain. Knife Guy slashes the Plunger. Dodo headbutts it. The Tree uses Frenzy Plant. They all get hit. Knife Guy and Grate Guy faint. Dodo sees his chance and uses Double Edge. He hits the Plunger, then uses Multi Peck. The Tree hits Dodo and a Pick Me Up falls on Crump. Dodo faints. Crump rushes toward the tree. The Tree uses Power Whip. Crump jumps up and shoots a rocket at the mouth. The tree grabs him and starts squeezing Crump. Crump throws his final potion. It lands in the mouth. The Tree starts to shake as it goes crazy and explodes.
Battle Over. The Snifits win 38 Star Points.
The Tree turns back to normal the Golden Plunger falls down.
Lord Crump: ! I get it!
Snifit 2: Get what?
Lord Crump: When the Golden Plunger fell into the pool of nuclear waste, it made a reaction and the tree sucked it all up, which caused it to become animated.
Snifit 3: Well here’s the Plunger.
Crump: I’m coming along!
Snifit 1: Say wha?
Crump: It’s time to take on that jerk and make him pay!
Spiketail: Okay! We can take him down!
CRUMP JOINS THE PARTY!
YOU GOT THE GOLDEN PLUNGER!

And so the Snifits have gotten the second golden Plunger and got Lord Crump on their side to defeat Grodus. Can they beat Grodus? Only time can tell. Will Punchinello return? What will happen to Mario’s partners? What will the Punis do now that the Elder is dead? Soon these questions will be answered.
